About Grimoire Bestiary products
Grimoire Bestiary provides digital monster vaults, printable creature cards, boss encounter references, lair maps, GM sheets, guides, and related tabletop resources. Unless clearly stated otherwise, products are delivered digitally and no physical product is shipped. Product descriptions, previews, images, and examples are provided to help customers understand what is included.
Digital delivery
Digital access is normally provided after successful payment through checkout, email, download links, account access, or another delivery method used by the store. Customers are responsible for entering an accurate email address and keeping access links private. If access does not arrive, contact info@grimoirebestiary.shop with proof of purchase.
License and permitted use
After purchase, Grimoire Bestiary grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital materials for personal campaigns, private game preparation, personal study, and internal game master planning. This license does not transfer ownership of the materials or intellectual property.
Restrictions on use
Customers may not resell, redistribute, publish, upload, share, sublicense, copy for resale, include in another paid product, give away as a lead magnet, or otherwise commercially exploit Grimoire Bestiary files without written permission. Customers may not remove proprietary notices, claim the materials as their own, or use them in a way that misrepresents authorship or ownership.
Intellectual property
All product files, monster cards, guides, text, images, layouts, audio materials, branding, and related content are owned by Grimoire Bestiary or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or derivative commercial use is prohibited.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchase, using compatible software or devices, maintaining access to the purchase email, downloading and storing files responsibly, using the materials in a lawful manner, keeping download access private, and respecting the intellectual property rights attached to the files.
Payment, pricing, and taxes
Prices are displayed at checkout and may change over time. Promotions, discounts, bundles, order bumps, and limited-time offers may be changed, added, or removed at Grimoire Bestiary’s discretion. Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, or payment provider charges may depend on customer location and payment method.

Grimoire Bestiary may update, improve, replace, rename, bundle, remove, or discontinue products or bonuses over time. Lifetime update products, when purchased, apply according to the description shown at the time of purchase and do not guarantee every future unrelated product, service, format, or custom release.
Accounts, downloads, and access
Customers should download and store purchased files in a secure location. Access systems, links, or customer accounts may be modified for security, maintenance, provider changes, or operational reasons. Grimoire Bestiary may request proof of purchase before reissuing access.
Third-party services
The website may use third-party checkout, payment, analytics, hosting, email, automation, and support services. Grimoire Bestiary is not responsible for independent third-party websites, provider outages, payment provider rules, wallet provider policies, bank decisions, or external services outside its reasonable control.
